information collected from our customers is for our in-house use only. We will
not sell or rent any of your personal information to any other business.

We are committed to 100% Customer
Satisfaction. If you are not satisfied for any reason with your All Bird Toys
purchase, please contact us prior to returning any merchandise. Merchandise MUST
be returned within 7 days after receiving your order and with pre-authorization
from us. All products will need to
be in their original, unused condition including all boxes and accessories.
Please include a copy of your invoice with the return. Refunds are issued if we
made an error, less
a small service fee. All other returns will have a 20% restocking fee deducted
from the product total. The original shipping fees are
not refundable, unless, of course, you are returning merchandise we shipped in
error.
Please note:
Food Items are not refundable. Please contact us with any questions prior to
purchase.

complete on-line security of your valuable data and credit card information. We

of your final payment information. SSL has been proven to be safer than giving

We ship via UPS.
Choose your service and the rate will be displayed before you complete
checkout. Please remember that UPS
does not deliver to PO Boxes so your email addy's given should be valid to receive
your tracking information..
